Refund policy

We understand that not every purchase is a PERFECT fit, and returns are necessary! We want you to LOVE your purchase, and we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Returns will be eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. 

Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost ($7) which will be deducted from your store credit.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES.

Your items will not be accepted if 

  • it's been more than 14 days since you received your order
  • item(s) was on clearance
  • item(s) was not in it's original condition (stain, smell, or dog hair)

 

Please send an email to lunamielboutique@outlook.com with the following information

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • The item you are returning
  • Reason for returning 

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be sent to your email.  

 

EXCHANGES

Something didn't fit but you would like another size?

The quickest way to do an exchange:

  • When filling out the return information, let us what size you would like in exchange in the area!

Other exchange option

  • Email lunamielboutique@outlook.com that you are wanting to exchange an item for a different size
  • You will be sent a return label 
  • Once original item is received, the exchange will be shipped

Damaged Items

Please report any damaged items within 2 DAYS of your order date. Please email us at  lunamielboutique@outlook.com and send photos of any damage. 

Things that do not qualify as damage

  • Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions
  • Lighting
  • Photography lenses
